Comprehensive Marketing

We utilize many different mediums for advertising our sales.  Our marketing plans use trade publications, internet, newspapers, weekly papers and direct mailings to tell the world about our auctions.  You can feel confident that your items offered for sale at public auction will have plenty of advertising exposure. 


Fast Settlements

We offer fast settlements.  Its that simple.  In most cases we can send payment within 10 business days after the sale.  Our automated computerized clerking system provides you with a detailed record of your items sold at public auction.

Owner, Joe Pandur, has been serving the area for over 10 years.  Escaping the corporate world for a more purposeful career, Joe fell in love with the auction business and began the journey which eventually led to becoming a licensed auctioneer.  "It combines my love of history and antiques with the desire to help others." 
Our Facilities


Our sales are conducted at Benner Hall located at 1260 E Cherry St., Richlandtown, PA 18951.  Minutes from Rt. 309, the PA turnpike and Rt. 78.  Our Upper Bucks County location is accessible and easy to get to from Phila, Allentown, NJ, NY and beyond.

The hall has 6,000 square feet of well lit auction space.
